Fit India Week Celebration(30th Nov- 4th Dec)
'Fitness is not a destination, it is a way of life.' RPS International School, Sector 89, Gurugram in compliance with the CBSE Fit India, is going to conduct a series of activities to celebrate 'Fitness Week' in school from November 30, 2021 to December 4, 2021. Day 1: November 30, 2021 Special Zumba and Dance session was conducted by our dance faculty. Mr Michael demonstrated zumba dance form and the students along with their teachers matched the steps. The students were apprised of various benefits of being Physical and Mental fit. The revered Principal Ma'am, Ms Shiva Yadav, addressed the students about the significance of routine exercises in life.
